Answer 1: On a scale of 1-10, I rate the crew a "1" on professionalism. I would give them a zero if that was an option. Answer 2: On a scale of 1-10, I rate the service provided to me, a "1". Answer 3: I would Never refer a friend or enemy to Hercules Movers or their associate company Best Movers. In fact, I would definitely try to discourage them from using this very poor service company. Answer 4: I would definitely Not ever use this company, again. Answer 5: I rate my overall experience with this company as Horrible. I was given an estimate quote of $290, taking 2 hours for a 3 man crew. I ended up being charged over $1100 and the crew taking over 6 hours instead of 2 hours. The crew took several breaks. One of the crewmen was very confrontational, and walked up to me, like he was going to fight me. Never, ever would I use this company again, or refer them to anyone.

Hercules Movers And Packers Customer Care Review from Missouri City, Texas

Out of my entire home buying experience the stress was not from the title company, closing costs or from my realtor. It was from this company. Hercules moving and packing, the Houston based company. 1. No returning phone calls or emails 2. Only one person manages the entire Company I guess, they are a small business and want to appear larger so the email from different alias names 3. They charge for unloading into storage per house something no on disclosed on quote or email 4. They arrive late super late 5 they arrive with a truck that doesn't furnish most of the home in one truck and don't send for another truck because it will never arrive I can go on and on However save your money Try another company Stay away from this one

Hercules Movers and Packers - They are thief

The company solicited me for mover services. Over the phone an old lady voice convinced me to use their service for moving (I don't know where they got my info). She told me I could reserve them in advance for $100.00 that is 100% refundable. I gave her my info and she sent me electronic signature for approval. When I read the terms and conditions it said $100.00 is NOT refundable. So I replied to cancel and refund my money and did not sign the agreement. Now the company is not refunding my money. They are liars, frauds, and thieves so beware.
